The hotel is your stage. Here you are a versatile and sought-after hostess. In front of and behind the scenes, you look after the hotel guests in the various departments and ensure they have a pleasant stay. You act as a hub and communicate with employees, partners, business people and tourists from all over the world. Strong social skills, organisational talent, administrative skills and an interest in foreign languages are important prerequisites.

You make sure that guests feel well looked after. You know everything there is to know about food and drink, know the secrets of wine and can mix a variety of cocktails. Being a host is fun and enjoyable. With empathy, good manners and a well-groomed appearance, you fulfil guests' wishes courteously and reliably. You are resilient, flexible and a team player.

The hotel rooms are your kingdom. You are responsible for ensuring that guests feel at home in their own four walls, taking care of room cleaning, laundry, decorations and breakfast service. You will work closely with reception and support other employees in their tasks. You enjoy interacting with people and foreign cultures and always find a competent solution to guests' concerns.
